Apart from this, other ingredients are 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, ½ cup of all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup of powdered sugar, ¼ tablespoon of salt and 8 tablespoons of cold butter.

However, your fruit tart needs toppings. So, to decorate the tart you need the following ingredients like 3 kiwis, 10 to 12 sliced strawberries, ½ cup of mandarin oranges, ½ cup of blueberry, ¼ cup of raspberries, and ½ cup of apple jelly. 

Preparation Of Pastry Cream

  • First combine cream, milk, and sugar in a bowl and keep it in medium heat. When this mixture is heated then add the remaining sugar, cornstarch, salt, and egg yolks.
  • Thereafter, let it cool and then pour eggs and sugar then blend it. The texture will become smooth when it is blended properly. Continue the process until you have achieved a stiff peak.

Preparation Of The Crust

This is very simple and easy to make. So, first make the dough with flour, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. All the ingredients should be mixed properly. After preparing this roll it and shape it. Basically the tart has a shape so you need to fold it in that manner. Then bake it for 30 minutes at 375-degree Fahrenheit. Hence, the crust portion is ready.
